News and information
In modern urban construction and industrial development, piping systems are known as the "blood vessels" of fluid transport. Among the many pipe connection materials, PE hot melt pipe fittings, with their superior performance and reliable connection methods, have rapidly become the preferred material for industries such as water supply and drainage, gas distribution, industrial water, and agricultural irrigation.
PE hot melt pipe fittings are pipe connection accessories made of polyethylene (PE). Polyethylene possesses excellent corrosion resistance, flexibility, and impact resistance, ensuring long-term, stable operation of pipe systems in underground or harsh environments.
As a key hub in the pipeline system, PE hot melt pipe fittings primarily connect PE pipes, ensuring safe and efficient fluid transport. Whether connecting in a straight line or changing direction, PE fittings provide flexible and reliable solutions.
The popularity of PE hot melt pipe fittings stems from their unique connection technology, which is the foundation of our professional pipe fittings production.
Our company specializes in the specialized business of pipe fittings, primarily producing and offering three major series of PE pipe fittings: socket fusion, butt fusion, and electric fusion. We also offer PE flooring and specialized siphon drainage fittings, forming a comprehensive product line with four series and a wide variety of specifications. All products comply with the CJ/T250-2007 standard and are tested by the National Chemical Building Materials Testing Center to ensure reliable quality.
Butt fusion: Suitable for connecting large-diameter pipes. By heating the pipe and fitting ends to a molten state, they quickly and tightly bond. After cooling, a seamless connection is formed with strength equal to that of the pipe itself.
Electrofusion: Suitable for small and medium-sized diameters and complex working conditions. A heating wire is embedded within the fitting. When powered, the fitting fuses the pipe and fitting together using resistance heat, resulting in a highly reliable connection.
The greatest advantage of these two connection methods is that they eliminate the need for additional sealing materials, achieving a "fusion" of pipes at the molecular level. This effectively eliminates the common leak risks associated with traditional mechanical connections and ensures the long-term tightness of the entire piping system.
Flexible and Diverse Socket-and-Spigot Fittings and Specialized Applications
To accommodate complex piping layouts, our product line offers a wide variety of socket-and-spigot hot-melt fittings. These fittings are compactly designed and easy to install, making them suitable for a variety of scenarios requiring pipe routing or diversion.
In addition, we also offer specialized siphon drainage fittings for specialized systems requiring efficient flow collection and discharge, such as roof drainage, as well as related products such as PE flooring, providing customers with a one-stop shopping experience.
Wide Applications: The First Choice in Fluid Transport
Currently, PE hot melt pipe fittings are widely used in several core applications:
Water supply and drainage systems: Ensure the safe and leak-free transport of urban drinking water and sewage.
Gas transportation: Gas pipelines require extremely high safety and tightness, and the reliable connection of PE fittings makes them the standard choice in the gas industry.
Industry and Agriculture: Suitable for industrial water supply and large-scale agricultural irrigation systems for various media.
With its unique hot-melt and electric-melt technologies, a wide variety of socket-and-spigot styles, and specialized production capabilities that strictly adhere to the CJ/T250-2007 standard and meet national standards, PE hot melt pipe fittings provide safe, durable, and efficient connection solutions for modern fluid transportation systems, serving as a crucial cornerstone for ensuring stable infrastructure operations.
